Welcome to SASCO. By using our website, booking a service, or engaging with our team, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. General Overview

 

SASCO provides airport meet & greet services, valet parking, private rides, and related travel assistance.
These terms govern your use of our services, website, and any communication between you and SASCO.

By booking a service with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.

  • You must provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, flight information, and any special requests.

  • Once submitted, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or text.

  • Bookings are not guaranteed until confirmed by SASCO.

3. Payments

  • Payment may be made online or at the time of service, depending on your selection during booking.

  • SASCO accepts major credit and debit cards.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may vary based on service type, location, and time.

  • Any additional requests or waiting time may incur extra fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a fee.

  • “No-shows” (failure to appear at the agreed time and location) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Service Conditions

  • SASCO will make every effort to provide services promptly and as scheduled.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, airline changes, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they arrive with sufficient time for check-in, security, and boarding.

  • SASCO staff will assist with luggage and check-in as part of the service, but customers remain responsible for compliance with airline and TSA regulations.

6. Valet & Parking Services

  • Customers using valet or parking services must provide accurate vehicle details.

  • SASCO is not liable for loss or damage caused by natural disasters, acts of theft, vandalism, or pre-existing vehicle conditions.

  • Our facility is monitored and staffed 24/7, but customers are encouraged to remove valuables from their vehicles.

  • A valid ticket or confirmation is required for vehicle pick-up.

7. Ride Services

  • SASCO drivers and vehicles are fully insured and licensed.

  • Fares are calculated based on distance, time, or agreed rates.

  • Excessive waiting time or additional stops not included in the booking may incur additional charges.

  • For safety, passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.

8. Special Assistance & Accessibility

  • SASCO is committed to assisting travelers with special needs, including wheelchair access and senior support.

  • Please specify any required accommodations during booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.

9. Customer Responsibilities

 

By using SASCO’s services, you agree to:

  • Treat staff and property with respect and courtesy

  • Follow all airport and transportation regulations

  • Provide accurate and complete information during booking

  • Not use SASCO services for unlawful or unsafe activities

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • SASCO strives for the highest standards of safety and care; however, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from missed flights, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Our liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

All information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

12. Changes to Terms

 

SASCO reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
All updates will be posted on this page with the latest revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
